Terms of Agreement

Enrollment Policy

Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in the event a refund is issued, students will be charged a $45 cancellation fee for all classes except the Master's Class and special presentation workshops which are $75. (For certain classes, if a slot can be filled and payment was made by check, the cancellation fee will be waived.) Payment must be made in full at time of enrollment. Checks, cash, money order; Visa, MC or Discover Card are accepted. Students may enroll in advance by mail, on-line or over the phone with a credit card payment.

Make-up Policy

The Lecture and Labs may be made up with the following restrictions: The Lecture may be made up at any time. The Labs, however, have a limited number of participants and time for them to be properly coached. Students wishing to make up a missed lab may always audit, and may participate only if one performing slot is available. Voice Over U cannot reserve a performing space for a make-up student. Available slots are defined as either unsold or available because of an enrolled student's absence that day. A class credit may be applied toward private coaching sessions which are $100/hour with Director, Sherri Berger. Absences and make-ups should be coordinated directly with Sherri Berger by calling 773-774-9886.
